Porcelain Industries is a job shop porcelain enameller with 50 years of expertise coating cast iron and steel. We are the largest job shop in North America and we apply porcelain enamel coatings, vitreous enamel coatings, industrial coatings, and specialty coatings. We coat such diverse products as large and small home appliance parts, outdoor barbecue grills, RV appliance parts, underground burial vaults, livestock troughs, large water impellers, components of deep well pumps, electronic circuit boards, and much more. You've undoubtedly seen our work before on many consumer products like top brand name indoor and outdoor appliances. What you may not have realized however is that porcelain is being used on many other types of products as well - from agricultural products to heat exchange equipment, industrial parts, and many more.

Our plant is designed to accommodate practically any shape or size product in large or small volumes, by coating your product through a complete turnkey job. Because not all facilities meet every enamel coating requirement, Porcelain Industries dedicates half our plant operations to steel applications, and the other half to cast iron applications to insure overall quality and volume requirements. Our lab and suppliers work together with you to select from over 50 such minerals in order to achieve different effects and properties that meet your specialty coating needs. Enamel coatings improve the durability and appearance of cast iron and steel products. Porcelain's permanent lifetime finish is available in an almost unlimited array of colors, gloss characteristics, and degrees of smoothness. Smooth and glossy porcelain enamel is easy to clean, usually with only a mild detergent and mild rubbing. The hard dense enamel surface is a barrier against odor and bacteria. Abrupt and severe temperature changes do not affect vitreous enamel applied at normal thickness.

Enamel coated products must fully meet design requirements and specifications, and must be manufactured by the most economical methods to minimize your costs and maximize your profits.
